Service Description
Your chance to try facial yoga techniques and learn how to use the Gua Sha tool for lymph drainage and depuffing. A fun workshop to lift, tone, improve circulation and boost confidence. You will need a Gua Sha tool (available from Amazon for less than £10), facial serum or lotion to allow the tool to glide, two tennis balls for upper body and neck release, a mirror and an open mind!
